Kaslik Workshop provides high-quality online and in person courses (AI for architecture, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, etc.) and personalized project support for architecture students. We help future architects master essential software and excel in their university projects.
The Role: Why We Need You
We are looking for a focused, quota-driven Ambassador to drive enrollment in our specialized educational programs. You will be the primary link between aspiring architects and the skills they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Conduct needs-based calls to enroll students in our courses and project support services.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Pipeline Management: Manage all leads and activities accurately within the CRM system.
- Product Expertise: Understand and communicate the value of architectural software skills (AI for architecture, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, etc.) to potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage new prospective students.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven promotion Track Record: Minimum 1 year of successful promotion experience, preferably in EdTech or technical services.
- Industry Acumen: Familiarity with the architectural field or software like AutoCAD/3ds Max is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent ability to sell and explain complex educational value persuasively.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software for tracking and reporting.
- Results-Driven: Highly motivated and focused on hitting targets.
