Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for managing SABIS®’s social media platforms, executing strategic digital campaigns, and conducting performance analysis to ensure strategic alignment with brand objectives. This role ensures consistent brand representation and strengthens SABIS®’s online presence across the global network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging and brand-aligned content across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, ensuring audience engagement and growth
- Supporting the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, E-mail marketing initiatives, and influencer collaborations, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of digital campaigns using analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics, and preparing insightful performance reports
- Assisting in maintaining and updating website content, managing blog posts, and optimizing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and traffic
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as design, copywriting, video production, and UX/UI to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality digital output across all channels
- Managing online community interactions by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the brand’s tone and voice
- Assisting in basic photo and video editing for use across digital platforms, ensuring content is visually appealing and aligned with campaign objectives
- Staying up-to-date on emerging digital trends, tools, and platform updates, and recommending innovative strategies to enhance online presence and audience engagement
- Performing other related tasks as they arise and as delegated by the Management
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- English Proficient
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field
