Job Description

1. Content Creation & Planning

Develop engaging and creative content (captions, visuals, reels, videos, stories, etc.) aligned with each client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients across diverse industries.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality and impactful content.
Ensure all content is optimized for the appropriate platforms and adheres to each client’s brand voice and tone.

2. Social Media Management

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

Monitor engagement levels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an active and consistent brand presence.

Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and aligns with ongoing campaigns and objectives.

3. Strategy & Campaign Execution

Contribute to the development of social media strategies aimed at increasing engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Support the execution of campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid social initiatives.
Identify and capitalize on social media trends, viral moments, and creative opportunities to keep clients’ content fresh and relevant.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using platform analytics and third-party tools.

Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key insights, successes, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content strategies and enhance engagement and reach.

5. Client & Team Coordination

Communicate regularly with internal teams and clients to align on content direction, approvals, and feedback.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and creative execution.
Collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations.

6. Market Awareness

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates.

Benchmark competitors and industry leaders to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.

Continuously research and apply new creative approaches to improve content quality and effectiveness.
