We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Social Media Executive & Content Creator for a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh.

Job Description

Content Creation & Planning

• Develop engaging and creative content (captions, visuals, reels, videos, stories, etc.) aligned with each client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for multiple clients across diverse industries.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality and impactful content.
• Ensure all content is optimized for the appropriate platforms and adheres to each client’s brand voice and tone.

Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor engagement levels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an active and consistent brand presence.
• Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and aligns with ongoing campaigns and objectives.

Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Contribute to the development of social media strategies aimed at increasing engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Support the execution of campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid social initiatives.
• Identify and capitalize on social media trends, viral moments, and creative opportunities to keep clients’ content fresh and relevant.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using platform analytics and third-party tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key insights, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize content strategies and enhance engagement and reach.

Client & Team Coordination

• Communicate regularly with internal teams and clients to align on content direction, approvals, and feedback.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and creative execution.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations.

Market Awareness

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates.
• Benchmark competitors and industry leaders to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
• Continuously research and apply new creative approaches to improve content quality and effectiveness.

PR & Communication

• Pitch and secure editorial coverage across key regional publications to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
• Manage and submit awards nominations for relevant regional and international programs, ensuring alignment with client achievements and timelines.
• Proactively pursue organic social media features and mentions from media and publication channels.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, publications, and industry partners.
• Track, monitor, and compile PR performance into a structured monthly report, highlighting coverage, features, and overall impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media management, including platform expertise (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
• Prior experience in social media or content creation is a plus.
