Job Summary:

The Junior Marketing Executive supports the execution, coordination, and day-to-day operations of marketing activities across multiple brands. 
The role focuses on coordination, content execution support, reporting, community management, and communication operations.

This position is highly executional and operational, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Execution Support

• Support day-to-day social media management across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Assist with in-house content creation including Tiktok, reels & visual creation.
• Coordinate social media shoots with agencies (logistics, schedules, follow-ups).
• Publish approved content and ensure proper formatting and tagging.
• Support podcast and video production workflows when needed.

2. Community Management & Coverage

• Manage daily community coverage across all brands.
• Publish and monitor Instagram stories and community updates.
• Ensure consistent brand tone across all community interactions

3. Communication & Distribution

Support the execution and coordination of multi-channel communications and content distribution across owned platforms and internal touchpoints.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Support the tracking, consolidation, and reporting of marketing performance across key channels.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Tiktok).
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and an eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and creativity.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
