Job Role: Digital Paid Ads Specialist
Location: Full-time - Beirut Office
The Digital Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including TikTok, Snapchat, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and others. This role ensures that all paid media campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute data-driven digital advertising strategies across TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between ad creatives and campaign objectives.
Campaign Setup & Execution
- Launch and manage paid campaigns on each platform, including proper targeting, budget setup, tracking implementation, and ad placement.
- Create compelling ad copy and work with designers to brief and finalize visuals/videos tailored to each platform.
Optimization & Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, making real-time optimizations to improve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Present data in a clear and actionable format to internal teams and clients.
Technical & Platform Management
- Ensure tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events are properly implemented and functioning.
- Keep accounts in good standing and up to date with platform best practices and algorithm changes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns with overall brand strategy.
- Coordinate with account managers to align paid ads with client timelines, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Innovation & Learning
- Stay updated with the latest trends and features across paid media platforms.
- Recommend new advertising opportunities and emerging platforms as relevant to business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing ads on TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, and Google platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
