Job Description
As Kudwa scales, we’re expanding our outbound engine and looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Lebanon (Remote).
You’ll lead, coach, and develop our SDR team to generate consistent pipeline, run high-quality outbound, and hit performance targets with a strong focus on process, messaging, and execution.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader who understands SaaS sales development, knows how to build high-performing SDR teams, and wants a direct impact on revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting and qualification.
- Coach SDRs on cold calling, email outreach, objection handling, and modern sales development best practices.
- Build and execute data-driven prospecting strategies aligned with revenue targets and ICP priorities.
- Own performance management: weekly 1:1s, call reviews, role plays, and continuous coaching plans.
- Run weekly team trainings and keep a tight loop on skill development.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve funnel conversion, pipeline quality, and forecasting accuracy.
- Refine ICPs, segments, and messaging with feedback from the market (what works, what doesn’t, why).
- Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce): activity tracking, reporting, pipeline accuracy, and SLA discipline.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs as we grow.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline generated.
What you will have:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development / outbound B2B SaaS sales.
- 1+ year experience managing or team-leading SDRs.
- Strong coaching ability: you can improve talk tracks, sharpen positioning, and build confidence through repetition.
- Fluent English and Arabic (both mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with outbound systems: cold calling, sequencing, prospecting lists, social selling, and personalization.
- Strong knowledge of CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset: you can diagnose performance using metrics and turn insights into actions.
- A leadership mindset with high ownership, high standards, and low ego.
Compensation:
$1,000/month + On target earnings
