Job Description
We’re growing our outbound team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Lebanon (Remote).
Your job is to create qualified pipeline for the sales team by identifying the right companies, reaching out with strong messaging, and booking high-quality meetings.
This role is ideal if you’re energetic, coachable, competitive (in a healthy way), and want to build a serious career in SaaS sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build outbound prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Run multi-channel outreach (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives / Sales Leads.
- Learn Kudwa’s positioning and communicate it clearly to CFOs, finance managers, and founders.
- Handle objections and keep conversations moving forward.
- Track all activity accurately in HubSpot or Salesforce (notes, next steps, outcomes).
- Hit monthly targets for activity, qualified meetings, and pipeline contribution.
- Work closely with marketing and sales to continuously improve messaging and conversion.
What you will have:
- 1–2 years of experience as an SDR / BDR, or in outbound B2B sales (preferably SaaS).
- Fluent English and Arabic (both mandatory).
- Comfortable with cold calling and written outreach (you don’t freeze when it’s time to dial).
- Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and professional.
- Discipline and consistency — you can follow a process daily and keep improving it.
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce is a strong plus.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn (we sell into finance — you don’t need to be a finance expert, but you must be eager to learn).
Compensation
$600/month + On target earnings
