Internship overview:

Seeking Marketing & Community Interns to support our product growth and customer engagement initiatives. You will work directly with marketing, product, and leadership teams to build our community presence while supporting customer experience across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and X (Twitter). This role blends marketing, community management, and customer experience. You will be both a content creator and a customer advocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for social media channels
• Engage with and grow our Discord community
• Support YouTube channel development and content production
• Assist with launch campaign execution and tracking
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives across all digital platforms
• Respond to support tickets and customer inquiries professionally
• Assist with onboarding and FAQs

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Fluent English (written and verbal) - mandatory
• Demonstrated social media expertise across YouTube, Discord, and X
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools
• Self-starter mentality with bias for action
• Strong communication & customer service mindset
• Interest in fintech & AI sector preferred
