Internship overview:

The Junior Consultant Intern will support the consulting team in research, data analysis, and project preparation tasks. This internship offers exposure to organizational consulting projects and provides an opportunity to learn how teams support leaders and organizations in making better decisions. The internship aims to provide hands-on learning and practical exposure to consulting work while allowing the intern to contribute to real projects and team initiatives.

During the internship, the intern will assist with:

• Research: Supporting primary and secondary research on leadership, organizational development, and industry topics.
• Data Organization & Analysis: Assisting with organizing data, identifying simple trends, and supporting basic analysis.
• Presentation Preparation: Helping prepare slides, visuals, and materials used in internal and client presentations.
• Project Support: Assisting consultants with organizing information, documenting meeting notes, and supporting project coordination.
• Content Support: Supporting the development of articles, worksheets, or knowledge resources that may be shared on the company website.
• Team Collaboration: Working with the team to support brainstorming, idea generation, and preparation for workshops or internal initiatives
