About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Events Marketing Specialist to own and drive our digital presence and event operations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy and the operational backbone of our events programme. You will work at the intersection of content, community, and live experiences to position SCOPSIS as a trusted authority in data and AI for manufacturing and FMCG.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop, execute, and manage SCOPSIS’s social media strategy across LinkedIn (primary), X (Twitter), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
- Ensure all company social media pages remain consistently active with high-quality, on-brand content.
- Manage and grow executive LinkedIn profiles, crafting thought-leadership posts that reinforce personal and brand credibility.
- Plan and publish content centred on credibility-building themes: webinars, events, workshops, case studies, success stories, and client testimonials.
- Create and curate thought-leadership content that positions SCOPSIS as experts in data and AI within manufacturing and FMCG.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics; optimise content strategy based on data-driven insights.
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and B2B social media best practices.
B2B Marketing & Funnel Management
- Design and manage B2B social media funnels that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align social media efforts with pipeline goals.
- Leverage content and campaigns to nurture prospects through the buyer’s journey, from awareness to conversion.
Event Planning & Operations
- Lead the end-to-end operational planning and execution of SCOPSIS’s participation in industry expos, trade shows, and conferences.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage webinars, including speaker coordination, platform setup, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Support the development and eventual execution of SCOPSIS-hosted events, managing logistics, vendors, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing activities to maximise visibility and ROI.
- Maintain an events calendar and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met on time.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing LinkedIn company pages and executive profiles.
- Demonstrated experience with B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, and content-driven campaigns.
- Practical experience in event planning and operations (expos, webinars, corporate events).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with the data, AI, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is a strong plus.

Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role based in Lebanon. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
