Internship duration: 3 months
Internship overview:
- Lead Generation & Research: Identifying potential new business opportunities, researching industries, and sourcing contact information for prospective clients.
- CRM Management: Updating client databases, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
- Sales Support & Documentation: Assisting in the preparation of quotations, RFPs (Request for Proposals), sales decks, and client reports.
- Cold Outreach: Contacting prospects via email or phone to introduce services, generate leads, and set up meetings.
- Shadowing & Demo Support: Attending client meetings and software demonstrations to learn product features and sales techniques.
- Marketing Support: Executing marketing campaigns and assisting with social media outreach to drive awareness
Majors preferences: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Computer Science.
Requirements:
- ERP & CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Data Analysis & Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data mapping for data integrity.
- Demo & Configuration Support: Ability to assist in configuring demo databases, organizing use cases, and creating visual workflows using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Sales Technology Stack: Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting, email automation tools, and CRM pipeline management.
- Technical Communication: Capability to translate complex technical workflows into simple, actionable language for prospective clients.
- General IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of SaaS, API integrations, and cloud technologies.
- Strong interest in B2B IT sales and business process improvement.
