Job Description

Main Responsibilities
- Implement efficient systems for tracking and organizing inventory
- Perform regular stock checks to maintain optimal levels
- Ensure coordination with other branches and the main warehouse for all inventory-related transactions
- Conduct weekly stock counts to verify record accuracy
- Identify discrepancies or irregularities and take appropriate corrective actions
- Generate monthly reports on stock levels, consumption, and trends for management
- Prepare weekly reports on the movement of goods from the warehouse to the showroom
- Maintain an up-to-date list of all warehouses
- Manage the allocation and distribution of stock between warehouses
- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and minimize errors
- Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming stock
- Verify the accuracy of delivered goods and resolve any discrepancies
- Coordinate the transfer of stock from the warehouse to the showroom for display
- Ensure proper stock rotation and replenishment in the showroom
- Resolve quality issues including returns, replacements, or rejections

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any major.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control.
- Proficiency in French and English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
