Internship overview:

SmartSource is currently recruiting bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative for a Canadian company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our business operations and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.
 
Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and high-quality service.

Requirements:

• Fluency in BOTH French and English is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in both languages, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to provide customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• PM Shifts (3PM-12AM)
