Job Description
About Panic Zones
Panic Zones is a social entertainment company from the Middle East, creating fast, high-intensity games that turn any table into a stage. Our first game, Panic Zones: Arctic Edition, launched in December 2025 and is now available across Lebanon and the UAE through retail stores, cafés, and online channels, including Virgin Megastore, King Jouet, NokNok, Amazon UAE, Noon UAE, and other growing partners.
We're building more than one game. We're building a social entertainment brand from the Middle East to the world — and we're looking for someone to help us create the content that brings that journey to life.
Internship overview:
This is a hybrid internship role based in Lebanon. You'll support our content and social media stream — researching trends, brainstorming ideas, repurposing existing content, and helping keep our channels active and consistent. You'll work closely with our creative lead and have real input into what gets made and posted. This is hands-on work, and your content will go live in front of a real and growing audience.
What You'll Do
- Stay on top of what's performing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels — formats, sounds, hooks, topics, and angles relevant to gaming and social culture
- Bring fresh content ideas regularly and help turn them into posts, Stories, Reels, short-form videos, and other digital content
- Repurpose existing content into new formats and maximise what we already have
- Help manage the content calendar, posting cadence, captions, Stories, and publishing flow across platforms
- Support replies, DMs, comments, and audience engagement in a way that reflects the Panic Zones brand voice
- Capture, edit, or support short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and similar formats
- Create or adapt visual assets for social media and digital use — posts, Stories, carousels, thumbnails, and light campaign assets
- Monitor basic performance metrics and flag what's working and what isn't
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying marketing, media, communications, design, or a related field• Active across social media and digitally fluent — you understand how platforms actually work, not just in theory
- Curious, trend-aware, and full of ideas
- Comfortable writing in English
- Organised enough to manage a content calendar and follow through without being chased
- Video editing skills are a strong plus — CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- Design skills are a plus — Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
Compensation
$300–$400 per month.
What We Offer
- Real work that goes live to a real and growing audience
- Direct mentorship from the creative co-founder
- Flexible working — hybrid / remote-friendly depending on task type
