NEON Consultancy is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Intern to join our growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital trends, content creation, and storytelling, and who is looking to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced agency environment working across diverse brands and industries.

The intern will support the team with:
• Content planning and scheduling
• Social media management and community engagement
• Researching trends, competitors, and content ideas
• Assisting with campaigns, activations, and creative brainstorming
• Supporting content creation for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
• Coordinating with designers, content creators, and account managers on day-to-day deliverables

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Passionate about social media and digital culture
• Organized and eager to learn
• Familiar with social media platforms and trends
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment

Previous internship, freelance, university project, or personal content creation experience is a plus — but most importantly, we’re looking for someone with strong potential, initiative, and enthusiasm to grow.
