Internship overview:

The UGC Production Coordinator & Account Manager is the operations and production lead for Spark Social’s UGC pipeline. You’ll manage creators, organize scripts and briefs, ensure deadlines are met, lead post-production workflows, and oversee editors and deliverables. You are the bridge between strategy and execution—and the main point of contact for both creators and clients during production.

• 3+ years experience in creative production, preferably in UGC, social content, or E-commerce.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
  Confident working with Notion, Frame.io, and content calendars.
• Familiar with social media trends on Tiktok and Instagram and passion to create visual ads that grabs attention and drive results.
• Ability to lead creators and editors with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
• Comfortable owning the production process end-to-end.
• You thrive in organized chaos and love turning ideas into high-performing content.
• Educational background in a creative field (Cinema & TV, Radio & TV, Visual Arts, Media Production, Advertising, or similar).
• Understanding and passion to E-commerce is a MUST
• Must speak English and Arabic.
