Job Description
This Key Account Manager owns and grows Servme's relationships with hospitality clients across Lebanon. This is a portfolio-based, hands-on role responsible for retaining, deepening, and growing a book of hotel, restaurant, and F&B accounts — not limited to a small number of flagship enterprise clients. The KAM builds close, in-person relationships with each account's operations, stakeholders, and goals to maximize value on both sides.
Success in this role means “harvesting and growing” the portfolio: expanding Servme's footprint within each account through additional venues, modules, and services, while protecting the relationships against churn and competitive displacement. This is very much an on-the-ground, in-market role — based full-time out of Servme's Beirut office and regularly on the road visiting clients across Lebanon.
