Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to create, manage, and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives, missions, vision, and our brand. The goals will be to strengthen our online presence, create brand awareness, and to continuously convert customers!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create, manage, and execute multi-channel campaigns across multiple audiences
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns through bid management, keyword analysis, and geo-targeting
- Strategize the marketing team’s activities and the campaigns to ensure they identify potential business opportunities relating to ecommerce
- Set and align the marketing strategy with our business objectives, missions, and vision
- Coordinate with the sales department to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers and refine our process to convert customers
- Launch and participate in all marketing and sales events
- Write and publish successful online materials that include images, descriptions, features, specs, and keep them updated in collaboration with the web developers to maintain product freshness
- Look for changes in the marketplace, product demands, customer preferences, and competing business to identify the opportunities to convert customers or retain them
- Manage customer correspondence with the team and create automated templates that identify with the brand
- Recognize product, service, and marketplace issues by engaging with the users and resolve them quickly
- Coordinate with the sales, HR, product, and tech teams to drive brand awareness
- Constantly innovate and develop new initiatives to enhance our online presence
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field as well as experience in the ecommerce market
- 2-5 years of experience in managing a marketing team
- Excellent knowledge in Google AdWords (PPC), Google Analytics and Hubspot
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads)
- Thorough knowledge of SEO techniques
- Knowledge of HTML, Design & Development tools as well is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in the English and Arabic languages
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated track record of using digital media to acquire, engage, and harvest market demand
- Managerial skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with several teams
