What You'll Do

  • Proactive management of all paid marketing campaigns to ensure business objectives and key targets are met
  • Lead all SEM marketing initiatives with a focus on optimization, reducing CPC, and driving growth
  • Drive conversion optimization through setting up pages events and goals, funnels, and A/B testing
  • Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads into the TOFU MOFU BOFU funnel
  • Continuously look for ways to improve campaigns, drive growth, including testing new ad copy and design, new channels, strategies, techniques, and tools
  • Continuously measure the performance of emails, Google Ads, Social Ads, Landing Pages, Videos, Content tools, and CTAs by analyzing results
  • Collect qualitative and quantitative data to manage and optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating components
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience, and ensure campaigns run smoothly
  • Collaborate with the Acquisition department to support the creation of the strategies
  • Optimize our clients' marketing conversion paths including organic and paid traffic: email, social media, paid ads, videos, landing pages, and website
  • Generate weekly, and monthly performance reporting and KPIs reviews, analyze and report results, alongside lessons learned
  • Work with our Data Reporting engine to review automated reports and produce specific reports as needed
  • Utilize digital tools: Google Analytics, Ads, Search Console, Hubspot, Ortto, Grower App, Typeform

What You Need

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience (preferably in data analysis, Digital marketing, and Optimization.)
  • Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • Solid time-management skills
  • Ability to work with numbers, analytics, and statistics
  • Ability to identify loopholes
  • Ability to give recommendations and solutions quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tech savviness
  • Can-do attitude and a curious mindset
