We partner with developers from the early stages of concept-defining their real estate project, marketing it to the right clientele up until the sale deals are closed. The Valuation & Appraisal department provides official valuation reports or appraisal estimates of all types of real estate properties. We offer Property Management services to our elite clients to help co-owners efficiently manage their operating expenses and maintain/enhance the value of their property. Internship Overview:

The intern is responsible of diversified duties associated with several departments: Administration, Human Resources, Marketing and Sales Department.

General Duties:
• Handle Listings’ upload on Marketing Portals as assigned
• Facilitate monthly closing procedure
• Act as an active member within team and reflect in a constructive manner
• Support Controller with tasks as assigned
• Support HR Coordinator with tasks as assigned
• Support Administrative Assistant with tasks as assigned
• Update CRM reports as assigned by Dealing room Manager
• Shadow Sales Agents on activities
