Who You Are
We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to create dynamic content and produce high-quality copy for Hovi and its client base. You will research content, and consumer trends and follow the content strategy. You'll work closely with clients and strategists to ensure that the content is engaging and consistent across all media platforms.
You thrive with creativity and have a strong grasp of SEO fundamentals. You have a talent for producing and marketing material that empowers and engages an online audience, and for driving conversions while adopting these strategies.
You are a prolific and talented writer with demonstrable creative and technical writing skills. Your role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on its output every single day.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital assets, including websites, landing pages, emails, infographics, brochures, blogs, articles, case studies, testimonials, white papers, and presentations.
Collaborate with the graphic designer to incorporate visual elements into the content where necessary.
Edit and proofread content when needed to maintain accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
Attend Client Success weekly meetings to present content work to clients, gather feedback, and make revisions as needed.
Perform updates on WordPress when required to ensure content is up-to-date and accurate.
Support the Acquisition strategist in creating a messaging strategy and establishing a coherent tone of voice that aligns with the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.
Collaborate with the Acquisition Strategist to ensure content is aligned on all the touchpoints of the lifecycle.
Monitor and analyze the performance of content to assess the impact of the content strategy and make data-driven optimizations to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to integrate innovative and creative approaches into content development, ensuring the brand remains ahead of the curve and maintains a competitive edge in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples.
Exceptional writing and creative skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences and platforms.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Detail-oriented with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in WordPress for content management and updates.
Strong interpersonal skills for client communication and collaboration.
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Graphic design skills or experience collaborating with designers is a plus.
