We are looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist and ABM Specialist - Outbound Prospecting and Warm Calling to join our team, each playing a crucial role in our organization's growth.
As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will enhance our sales organization's effectiveness by developing comprehensive training programs, including onboarding and ongoing training. You will craft a dynamic sales playbook, create compelling sales content, and manage our sales enablement content repository. Meanwhile, as the ABM Specialist - Outbound Prospecting and Warm Calling, you will lead our lead generation efforts by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects. You'll nurture them through tailored communication journeys until they are ready for direct sales engagement. This role demands strong communication skills, the ability to conduct effective warm calls, and the knack for building rapport with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust sales structures and processes tailored to each client's needs.
Ensure alignment with clients' overall business goals and strategies.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to clients' sales teams, driving performance and achieving sales targets.
Create and maintain sales playbooks, processes, and scripts.
Implement and train sales teams on HubSpot CRM, and auditing processes for efficiency.
Analyze sales data to improve strategies, playbooks, and scripts.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' sales capabilities, objection handling, and best practices.
Offer ongoing support and consultation to clients, helping them optimize their sales processes and improve outcomes.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews to monitor the status of leads and opportunities.
Track and analyze the performance of clients' sales teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage client sales operations in a directorial capacity and support sales teams through the entire cycle, from proposal development to closing deals.
Execute outbound prospecting strategies for key accounts across multiple channels.
Identify and qualify potential leads, guiding them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
Design and implement customized sales sequences for clients, incorporating various touchpoints.
Develop and refine call scripts to communicate services’ value and schedule consultations.
Monitor prospect engagement, adjusting communication-based on behavior and feedback.
Collaborate with sales and marketing on ABM strategies, ensuring seamless lead handoff.
Maintain CRM records of prospect interactions to enhance ABM efforts.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B outbound prospecting, sales development, or a similar role
Proven success in generating leads and appointments through multi-channel prospecting, including warm calling.
Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tactics, and KPIs.
Proficiency in LinkedIn for prospecting and relationship-building.
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting personalized messages.
Confidence in conducting phone conversations with high-level decision-makers.
Active listening and problem-solving abilities to address prospect concerns and offer value.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
