Role Overview

As our Communications & Content Manager, you'll drive CoinQuant's corporate narrative and content strategy across all channels. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies, creating compelling content, and maintaining a strong brand voice in the fintech/trading space. You'll work closely with our trading experts to translate complex trading concepts into engaging content while managing our corporate communications. Community management experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications (40%)

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage corporate messaging and media relations
• Create and maintain crisis communication plans
• Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
• Build relationships with industry media and stakeholders
• Coordinate executive communications and thought leadership content
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms

Content Creation & Management (40%)

• Lead content strategy development and execution across all channels
• Create high-impact content including:
• Technical trading educational materials
• Market analysis reports
• Corporate blogs and newsletters
• Press releases and media kits
• Video scripts and storyboards
• Social media content
• Internal communication materials
• Work with trading experts to translate complex concepts into accessible content
• Develop editorial calendars and content workflows
• Manage content team and external contributors
• Ensure quality and consistency of all published materials

Performance & Analytics (10%)

• Develop and track content performance metrics
• Analyze communication effectiveness
• Generate regular performance reports
• Optimize content based on data insights
• Track industry trends and best practices

Community Engagement (10% - Supporting Role)

• Provide strategic guidance for community management team
• Develop communication guidelines for community interaction
• Create templates and resources for community engagement
• Support crisis communication in community channels

Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years experience in communications or content management
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Strong project management abilities
• Proven track record of developing successful content strategies
• Experience with content management systems and analytics tools
• Crisis communication experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Understanding of trading and financial markets
• Experience with educational content development
• Community management experience
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Experience with multimedia content creation
