We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our vibrant team! If you're a self-starter with a flair for creativity, a keen aesthetic eye, and a talent for storytelling, this is the job for you. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms, with a focus on growing our community and strengthening our digital presence.

Responsibilities:
- Cover The Padelist tournaments and events on social media (IG Stories, Reels, and TikTok).
- Schedule dedicated shooting days to visit The Padelist venues for content capture.
- Develop and execute weekly social media strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Benchmark competitors and monitor social media trends, incorporating them into our content strategy.
- Collaborate with influencers and external creators to produce engaging content that aligns with business goals.
- Generate a high volume of fresh, creative ideas—from concept to execution.
- Reporting to: Multimedia Designer

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, in social media management and content creation, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Strong videography skills, including shooting, editing, and producing video content using tools like After Effects, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics.
- Ability to work independently, self-manage, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English-speaking and writing skills.
