Position Overview:
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our portfolio of four brands, with a strong focus on our flagship brand, which drives the majority of our business.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support business growth. You’ll work closely with the sales team to target the right audiences and drive conversion, while also managing our digital presence,website, social media, and marketing assets—to ensure consistent, high-impact brand messaging.
The ideal candidate thrives on challenges, has solid B2B marketing experience, and blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives across multiple B2B product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, product management, and corporate marketing—to design and implement integrated programs.
- Manage marketing budgets and track the ROI of all campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead and optimize lead generation efforts, working closely with the product team to drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Write, edit, and oversee content development for various channels including website copy, brochures, blog posts, emails, and white papers.
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or similar tools.
- Serve as project manager for key marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze customer and campaign data to uncover trends, inform strategy, and develop targeted marketing programs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Stay current with emerging marketing technologies and tools to enhance overall marketing performance.
- Develop and manage a full-funnel marketing approach—from paid to organic media—aligned with Raylab’s revenue goals.
- Perform other duties as required in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing a team of marketing professionals and coordinating with freelancers.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and "outside the box" to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proactive in taking initiatives and driving projects forward independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
