We are looking for a Communication Director to be in charge of in charge of developing and implementing a communication strategy for the organization for the 1, 3 and 10-year objectives. The Communication director will also be overseeing the marketing & production unit and supporting them with pre- and post-production processes. He/she will also be analyzing all data collected and always suggesting new social tools to be implemented. Finally, he/she will be maintaining and initiating contact with relevant channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a cohesive communication strategy for the organization for the 1, 3 and 10-year objectives and deriving the required KPIs
- Managing and overseeing the marketing & production unit, which includes pre- and post-production processes.
- Measuring & reporting performance of all digital marketing tools & analyzing data
- Researching and keeping up-to-date with social listening tools and adapting them if needed
- Acting as a point of contact and a company representative with external parties such as journalists, influencers, TV, radios and bloggers
- Ensuring quality control of all information released.
- Ensuring collaboration between all departments of the organization and handling internal communication
- Developing internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments.
- Assembling and overseeing a diversely skilled team and empowering them
- Handling the yearly budget of the department
