About the Role
We are looking for a Product Executive to help manage and organize all types of our digital SMarketing projects, from simple to more complex ones.
The role of the Product Executive is to contribute to the development of the customer success department.
Your responsibilities include working closely with our Account Management team to assist on day to day tasks and provide support to ensure all ongoing projects are on schedule. You will also be involved in the preparation of action plans and resources for projects. You will be expected to learn and use our existing project management tools and processes to do your job.
You will perform various coordinating tasks, like market analysis, creating ads, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and keeping projects statuses updated at all times. You will work with team members to meet goals by an assigned deadline.
Ideally, the product executives will cooperate with account managers to ensure that the best practices of customer success are executed.
During your journey as a product executive you’ll do the following:
- Creating Forms and sales proposals (TYPEFORM, QWILR, Pandadoc)
- Assisting Account Manager in their day to day task (Progress reports support, administrative data updates, researching tools or new methods, creating reports about clients and collating data, etc)
- Preparing the materials for presentations (updating the information, collecting screenshots)
- Organize Clients documentation (contracts, Wrike documents, images, resources etc...)
- Create a Client health dashboard
- Update clients' data on Hubspot.
- Follow up with the project executive and support on pending tasks status (Support - Tickets)
- Support in creating digital marketing campaigns (create and upload new lists, brainstorming for content ideas..)
- Social Media Ads; Paid Ads and google ads (setting up the ads, reporting, management of bids, budget tracking, audience definition, keywords research, optimization and AB testing)
- Maintain/Review and Clean and organize all tech tools of clients and internally such as Autopilot; Hubspot and canva for better results
- Industry Benchmark Research using the grower app touch-points and suggestions/identification of strategies and USPs highlights
- Website optimization: On-page: SEO Yoast, Off-page Backlinks playbook, Alt text for images, Optimization Reports from web.dev to optimize performance
- Building landing pages and templates on Divi
- Support in Journey Creation
- Growth Hacking - outreach and intent driven lists on zoominfo and organically
- Maintain tools subscriptions and costs of clients
You will be a good fit if you have:
Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to listen to clients to identify their needs and provide solutions.
Passion for Digital Marketing.
A Bachelor Degree in marketing or related field of study.
Strong desire to learn quickly and deeply about a wide range of topics.
A very strong work ethic, with a track record of getting things done in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.
A Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
An Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
An Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Is a plus:
Previous experience in Digital Marketing
Familiarity with the SaaS approach
Familiarity with Google and Social Media Ads
Familiarity with digital tools and software
