About the role:
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch
customer support to our clients via different channels. You will be the first point of contact for
many of our clients, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. You will be
responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues, onboarding clients, and
domain creation. You will also be responsible for testing and verifying the quality of our products
before they are released to the public.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Product and Business teams to
identify and resolve customer issues, as well as contribute to the development of our customer
support processes and procedures. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a

Requirements:
● Bachelor degree, with an excellent academic track record, preferably in Computer
Science or Business0-2 years of customer support experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
● Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
● Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.)
● Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies such as JIRA and Agile is a plus
