Job Description

Overview:

The program coordinator will work with the Program Lead together as a team to ensure that all programs are delivered efficiently, and with the highest quality. It is their responsibility to oversee and execute all programs operations and day to day activities towards achieving the program KPIs and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

As a startup coach:

  • Guides our entrepreneurs and facilitates their participation in our workshops, clinics and mentoring sessions.
  • Provides day-to-day agile coaching and support to our entrepreneurs and key employees both onsite throughout their participation in our program modules or offsite on a need’s basis.
  • Assists with testing new technology and provides feedback to startups & the team to ensure quality in the products and software developed.
  • Facilitates connections between startups and investors, mentors, and other resources
  • Tracking and reporting on startup progress and success

As a program executive:

  • Assists the Program Lead and Programs Director in planning and undertaking all core program activities such as workshops, clinics, mentoring sessions and networking events.
  • Ensures all participant startups are making full use of the platform by regularly updating their dashboards, required forms, update and feedback reports.
  • Upkeeps our acceleration frameworks & learning tools, collaborating with our Operations Analyst(s) & Developer(s) to deploy those frameworks and tools efficiently.
  • Conducts due diligence led research to validate the data provided by participants on the business performance
  • Works closely with program manager(s) to identify quarterly objectives
  • Updates regularly on progress against their job KPIs
  • Works closely with program manager(s) to identify potential trainings and career succession plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, public administration, or social sciences
  • 1-3 years of experience in program management, project management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
