Overview:

As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of programs and projects. You will work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure that program goals are met, resources are allocated effectively, and program quality is maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of programs and projects.
• Develop program goals, objectives, and strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish program timelines, performance metrics and monitor progress against them..
• Ensure program quality by establishing standards, reviewing deliverables, and conducting evaluations.
• Coordinate program activities, including meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Support the Program Director with maintaining program budgets and financial reports. 
• Collaborate with other departments or organizations to leverage resources and achieve program goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with program stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Manage program team members, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely program completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 3-5  years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing staff or volunteers.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
