We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Entrepreneur in Residence with a minimum of 5 years experience working in or with startups to help lead our portfolio startups achieve their growth plans.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth strategy of portfolio startup(s)
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies, including product development, go-to-market, and sales.
• Analyze market research to identify trends and opportunities relevant to the industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and relevant stakeholders.
•  Analyzing partner businesses and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
• Developing strategies and action plans to optimize operations and increase sales.
• Run the day to day growth operations
• Providing expert advice and guidance on best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborating with partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and other growth initiatives
• Conducting regular performance reviews to measure progress and identify areas for further improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in similar roles.
• Proven experience as a startup founder or in a similar role, with a successful track record of launching and growing startups.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, develop actionable recommendations, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation creation skill and communication interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with business intelligence tools.
