Lemonade Fashion is the first social commerce platform which combines video-first infinite-scrolling technology with a seamless and fully integrated marketplace. The app sits on the intersection between social platforms such as Tiktok and Instagram, and commerce platforms such as Amazon. The new app launched in Q1 of 2023. The company started off as a curated marketplace for the next generation of creators and soon discovered the disconnect between content and commerce. Today Lemonade hosts 400+ brands with 10,600 products and 62 influencers with 100 million + followers.

Position Expectations

As a Content Manager, you will be executing all data to the Content Management System (CMS). You will also be assisting in operational tasks, as well as communication-related tasks with designers and the content department. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and will communicate with other members of the team.

• Ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines
• Great organization skills
• Flexible and goal-oriented
• Understanding of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Major Responsibilities

• Report Directly to Director of Operations
• Attend Meetings/Calls and record minutes when necessary
• Draft and upload content to the Content Management System (CMS); this includes, but is not limited to, drafting descriptions for items and fabrics, uploading images, updating inventory and prices 
• Create promotional codes and campaigns
• Process and manage offline orders
• Create pages for recently-joined designers
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members 
• Conduct research and compile reports
• Contact relevant organizations and schedule meetings
• Track relevant email communication
• Upload content to Google Drive when necessary
• Create documents and templates

Basic Qualifications

• Recent University graduate with Bachelor in Arts or Bachelor in Business Administration 
• 1 year experience in relevant work, and/or Content Management
