Slaibi and Jalgha decided to combine their passions for music and tech by developing the company’s first award-winning product, the Roadie Tuner, in 2013. In 2017 and 2018, they successfully released their more advanced products, Roadie 2 and Roadie Bass. Internship Overview:

• Respond to customer inquires through our support platform and manage tickets and basic support metrics.
• Work closely with different teams to provide a positive after-sales experience.
• Help engage with customers on social media and respond to comments.
• Monitor support and social performance and log key metrics into relevant sheets.
• Collaborate with team and assist in creating new concepts and visual content to gain maximum reach and engagement for social media platforms.
