Customer Experience Specialist:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll become an essential force in refining our user experience – by shaping our customer interactions, devising strategic engagement approaches, handling users inquiries, and ensuring exceptional satisfaction for all our users.
In this role, you'll harness your passion for education to guide students and tutors toward a seamless experience.

Your Responsibilities:

- Embrace customer interactions and swiftly resolve complaints through calls, emails, and more, aligning with our stellar process.
- Connect with customers to uncover their unique needs, directing requests and unsolved cases to the right experts for seamless solutions.
- Keep the energy flowing by following up on customer inquiries, turning potential hitches into wins that boost business performance and fuel retention rates.
- Act as an educational consultant to be able to advise our students on their academic journey and match them with our tutors based on specific needs.
- Create and curate reports, while riding the CRM tools wave like a pro, ensuring information sails into the right harbors.
- Be the voice that bridges gaps, gathers and verifies key details, and paints a clear picture for the team.
- Skillfully record and organize requests within the CRM tool.
- Establish a tutor-tutee connection by reaching out to our educators, ensuring clients' needs are met with precision.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing crew with treasure troves of market insights and customer profiles.
- Helping students to join the Ostaz journey, guiding them to book, renew, and cross the educational threshold.

What We Seek:

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, a teaching diploma is a plus!
- 1-2 years of hands-on Sales or Telesales experience, showcasing your knack for communication and negotiation.
- Masterful command of English and Arabic; French proficiency is a definite plus.
