Job Description
Fluidmeet is seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Representative to join our team. As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home or any location within Lebanon.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via video conferencing and other virtual platforms.
- Understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our client base and increasing revenue.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a virtual or remote capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
