- Providing technical support to end users regarding software, hardware, network, and other IT-related issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications on user PCs, including updates and patches.
- Setting up and managing Remote Desktop Services (RDS) for efficient remote access to applications and resources.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with the IT team to identify and implement solutions for IT infrastructure improvements and enhancements.
- Conducting user training sessions on IT systems, software applications, and best practices.
- Assisting with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and maintenance.
