Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Administrator to oversee our company's computer infrastructure and lead our IT department. 

Key Responsibilities: 

   - Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. 

   - Monitor network performance and ensure smooth operations. 

   - Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors for solutions when necessary. 

   - Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications. 

   - Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, and spam filtering systems. 

   - Conduct regular system updates and patches to keep systems up-to-date and secure. 

   - Evaluate, recommend, and implement hardware upgrades to optimize performance and efficiency. 

   - Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems, networks, and data from unauthorized access, viruses, and other security threats. 

   - Conduct regular security audits

   - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. 

   - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, support, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and services.
