Job Description
Bespin Global is looking to hire two Inside Sales Specialist roles to join their team remotely from Lebanon.
The Inside Sales Specialist role is responsible for generating sales revenue by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into clients through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
This role primarily involves conducting sales activities via phone, email, and other digital channels to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Key Activities:
Bespineers Conduct
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle conflicts in a professional and constructive manner.
- Aim for high-quality work and continuously look for ways to improve.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, such as accepting feedback politely and remaining calm and professional when faced with challenges, to contribute to a more productive and pleasant work environment.
- Work as part of a team, be willing to help others, communicate effectively and be willing to adapt to reach team goals

Prospect and Qualify Leads
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Develop a healthy sales pipeline by identifying, filtering, and negotiating in the target geography and market.
- Communicate value proposition to clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Identify gaps within clients’ current systems and pitch potential solutions.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate account managers for further development and closures.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and anticipate future business growth trends and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management within Business Growth.
- Educate on and promote Bespin Global solutions and services.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Generate new client & business relationships to ensure new business & projects are identified.
- Maintain excellent relations with existing clients & potential clients for the pre-qualification in tendering process & ensure Bespin Global be in a position to bid for projects within its sphere of capabilities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration or IT relevant degrees
- Public Cloud Certifications
