Aspire Software is looking for a Billing Specialist ( Hybrid Position ) to join Aspire team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

Responsible for preparing day-to-day invoicing.

Ability to handle a large volume of transactions and billing cycles.

Generate timely and accurate invoices based on sales orders, contracts, and agreed-upon terms.

Review invoices for accuracy, including pricing, and any additional charges.

Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely issuance of invoices.

Create and maintain accurate customer profiles in the ERP system, ensuring all necessary information is captured.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to validate customer information.

Perform data entry as required, while ensuring accuracy

Responsible for sales account reconciliation

Support at the end of month closure

Appropriate handling of sensitive information

Handling customers' questions and requests.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting

MS Office knowledge: excellent word, excel knowledge

One Year minimum experience in invoicing

Able to deliver quality work under pressure

Attention to detail and numerical skills

Strong customer service skills

Fluent English is a must

Time management skills

Ability to work to deadlines

Available to work night shifts
