As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Shelvz, you'll be at the forefront of driving our business growth by identifying and engaging with enterprise-level clients. You will play a pivotal role in understanding their unique needs, presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our product, and fostering long-term partnerships.
The key skill sets to thrive in this role include a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset. You'll collaborate closely with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the enterprise segment.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective enterprise clients.
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment (Preferably SaaS).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly analytical and Data-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software.
