Job Description
The Project Engineer is accountable for successful delivery from project commencement to project completion, through the initiating, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing phases.
Job Duties:
- Project Management and supervision/ coordination of Subcontractors work
- Planning of essential services such as security, maintenance, cleaning etc…
- Ensuring Projects meet health and safety requirements
- Leading a team to cover various areas of responsibility
- Following up on deficiencies of staff or subcontractor’s work
- Responding appropriately to emergencies as they arise within the site he’s in charge of
- Assessing technically the occurrence of any problems and proposing relevant solution
- Having the necessary aptitude to resolve problems and manage projects
- Ensuring that the team members work on agreed goals
- Ensuring the yearly Preventive Maintenance plan is updated and implemented
- Demonstration of leadership skills and ability to influence, motivate, and persuade
Required Skills:
Mechanical systems(HVAC, Plumbing, Firesystems, BMS, Chillers)
Verbal and Written communication skills
Microsoft Office – AutoCad
