JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Services Manager supports both current and new customers. This role serves as the coordinating link between the customer and Marc Media's Sales, Production, and Technology departments ensuring that the project fully meets the customer's requirements. The Client Services Manager functions as both Account Manager and Project Manager. This position reports to the Head of Client Services and may be supported by one or more Client Services Coordinators, depending on business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate with clients pre-production to determine, review and compile event requirements and secure required project collateral
• Develop project schedule, and deadlines, set client expectations, and develop an overall event project plan
• Coordinate with sales, production, and technology departments to ensure readiness; ensure execution of the project meets or exceeds customer requirements
• Oversee multiple client projects and be able to recognize, solve or neutralize potential issues or conflicts.
• Anticipate and/or troubleshoot technical problems before/during/after; work with technical staff and the client to properly service these issues
• Keep all project stakeholders informed throughout a project life cycle
• Facilitate conversations with clients and respond to queries
• Assist with strategic planning and support organic client growth
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of experience as an account manager, project manager, or combination of both
• Knowledge and experience with web and print marketing technology and the delivery of campaigns preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Hubspot and Monday PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES:
