Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a critical role in executing and supporting marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue for our diverse product lines in a B2B environment. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong understanding of the full marketing mix, from lead generation to campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage key marketing projects, and ensure that all initiatives align with the company’s business objectives. With a focus on both digital and traditional marketing channels, you will help shape the company’s market presence and contribute to achieving our ambitious growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives across multiple product lines in a B2B environment.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and corporate marketing teams to support the execution of marketing programs.
- Oversee the management of marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of ROI for various initiatives.
- Lead the development of lead generation programs, working closely with the product team to ensure alignment with product goals.
- Write and refine content for marketing materials, including websites, brochures, blogs, emails, and white papers.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot.
- Act as the primary point of contact for marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, informing the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and suggestions to improve marketing efforts.
- Stay informed on the latest marketing technologies and tools, applying them to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive marketing program that integrates paid and organic media, aimed at achieving RAY Labs' revenue goals.
- Support the marketing team in various tasks within a dynamic and evolving business environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Proven success in lead generation and campaign execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies, with a focus on growth and revenue generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Experience in Real Estate or Property Management in GCC is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation software
- Experience working in a startup environment and building plans from scratch.
- Proven track record of driving user and revenue growth at scale harnessing, content within digitally led and mobile product organizations.
