Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Officer to join our community/property management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. This role involves supporting the Senior Sales Officer in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and contributing to the success of our community/property management division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Sales officer in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Support lead generation activities through cold calling, networking, and following up on inquiries.
- Help build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the Senior Salesperson.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
- Track sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
- Learn from and support the Senior Sales, gaining insight into sales best practices and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts for the Senior Sales officer.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 2- 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong interest in the community/property management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
