Overview:
Nucleus Ventures is seeking an Innovation Intern to join our dynamic team and support our experienced consultants on diverse client projects, including digital transformation, governance, and operational efficiency. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable insights into consulting engagements, develop key skills, and make a meaningful impact on client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, and data analysis, and assist with report writing to support senior consultants.
• Help develop project plans, timelines, and budget outlines.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to provide real-time support.
• Assist in identifying and assessing digital tools and technologies for operational efficiency.
• Document processes related to automation and data analytics.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Review project deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and French (written and spoken).
• 0-2 years of experience in research or business analysis.
• Self-starter who can interface effectively with demanding clients, mentors, and entrepreneurs.
• Creative thinker who approaches challenges with unconventional solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership over tasks.
• Collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field focused on research, technology, or early-stage ventures.
