Aspire Software is looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

Product Backlog Management:

· Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Ensure that backlog items are clearly written, detailed, and aligned with business goals.

· Break down features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand customer needs, and align the product roadmap with business priorities.

· Communicate product vision, priorities, and updates to stakeholders and development teams.

Agile Development Process:

· Serve as the key point of contact for the development team throughout sprints.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

· Provide timely feedback and clarification to the team to keep projects on track.

Product Strategy and Vision:

· Collaborate with leadership to define product vision, objectives, and roadmaps.

· Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.

· Ensure continuous improvement by measuring product performance against KPIs.

Customer Focus:

· Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product solutions solve real problems and deliver value.

· Conduct user research, gather feedback, and validate product changes.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

· Coordinate with designers, developers, QA, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth product delivery.

· Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

Front-End Development

· Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js) that provide an intuitive user experience.

· Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional and visually appealing interfaces.

· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability on the client side.

Back-End Development

· Develop and maintain server-side logic, database schemas, and APIs using frameworks like Node.js, Express, Django, C# or .NET.

· Implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs where necessary.

· Optimize server-side code for high performance and reliability, with a focus on data security and privacy.

Database & Cloud Management

· Design, implement, and maintain relational and/or NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

· Work with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to deploy and manage application infrastructure.

· Implement data security measures, particularly for sensitive financial data, following industry best practices and compliance standards.

Collaboration & Project Management

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, and design, to deliver high-quality, timely software solutions.

· Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and collaborative troubleshooting, contributing to a positive team culture.

· Document development processes, code, and application structures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile environments.

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).

· Experience in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· Analytical mindset with a strong ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.

· Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and customer-centric product development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally within fintech, loan management software (LMS), secure financial transactions, or technology.

· Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

· Knowledge of secure coding practices and familiarity with compliance standards for financial data.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.

· Experience working with SaaS or technology products.

· Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting.
