With over 20 top-tier venues and the only all-in-one Padel app, we offer everything from game bookings and training with certified coaches to tournaments, community events, and an online shop featuring premium padel gear. By partnering with top brands, we deliver a unique and engaging Padel experience. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, results-driven person to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to achieve company goals, focusing on digital-first approaches and AI-driven initiatives.
• Research industry trends and competitors to create impactful campaigns targeting core audiences.
• Leverage data insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.

Tech-Forward Content Creation

• Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into marketing workflows to create visually compelling and engaging content.
• Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, and paid ads, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
• Oversee live-streaming initiatives and ensure seamless execution during tournaments or events.

Collaboration & Campaign Coordination

• Work closely with content creators, designers, and other departments to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.
• Manage the marketing calendar, coordinate deliverables, and oversee timely implementation of campaigns.
• Act as a bridge between operations and marketing during events, ensuring cohesive branding and audience engagement.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions to enhance campaign results.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget efficiently, sourcing cost-effective resources when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven success in digital marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and integrate AI tools into marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies in content creation, live-streaming, and digital marketing.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Passion for sports—interest in padel is a strong plus!
• Exceptional communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
