Internship overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Intern to support our growing team by assisting with the crucial onboarding process for new dental clinics and ensuring seamless follow-up. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the dental industry, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for high-performing interns.
The Administrative Intern will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient onboarding of new partner clinics.  This role will primarily focus on administrative tasks, allowing our clinical team to focus on providing top-tier support.  The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

•  Answering Calls:  Professionally and courteously handle incoming calls from dental clinics, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
• Confirming Appointments:  Proactively confirm upcoming appointments with dental clinics, ensuring timely attendance and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
•  CRM Management:  Maintain and update our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate information regarding clinic contacts, onboarding progress, and follow-up activities.  This includes data entry, updating records, and generating reports as needed.
•  Follow-up Calls and Emails:  Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails with dental clinics to track onboarding progress, gather feedback, address any outstanding questions, and ensure a positive experience.  This may involve scheduling training sessions, confirming receipt of materials, and checking on initial case submissions.
• Other Administrative Support:  Provide general administrative support as needed, such as preparing documents, organizing files, and assisting with special projects.

Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Marketing, Business Management, Business Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources Management, Graphic Design, Media and Communication

Requirements:

•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•  Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
•  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Interest in the startup ecosystem industry is preferred.
