Henkel Lebanon is looking to recruit a Packaging Specialist to provide full packaging development service to the BU and business teams to ensure that future requirements of respective business units are reflected in the long-range platform programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate new packaging development projects in line with business objectives
• Guide teams in implementing innovative packaging solutions within agreed timelines
• Ensure packaging meets performance, quality, cost, and sustainability targets
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to achieve objectives
• Ensure compliance with Henkel’s SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards, policies, and procedures
• Support team development by fostering leadership, technical expertise, and digital competencies
• Drive circular economy initiatives and sustainability goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and innovations
• Ensure all packaging complies with international recycling, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Protect intellectual property through patents for new packaging technologies
• Engage with consumers to generate insights and enhance packaging solutions
• Provide formula support whenever needed

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in packaging development
• A Master’s degree or professional certification in a related field is a plus
